At Prop, our mission is simple – to build sustainable homes and communities that are carefully planned and designed for today’s homeowners.
We don’t just build houses; we make sure that our vision is closely aligned with the needs of the surrounding community, so our developments both complement and enhance their locations.

Our Aim
Why choose Prop?
Our ultimate aim is to nurture communities with purpose that support and sustain the people who live within them.
Prop has a clear and simple vision – to create well-designed modern homes in thoughtful, sustainable communities to suit families for generations to come.
Our portfolio includes both residential and commercial developments.
Sustainability
Built for the future
Our buildings, whether residential or commercial, have sustainability built in. We want our communities to thrive for generations.
All our homes are built to the highest standards and our A-rated buildings ensure lower energy consumption and also lower energy bills.
We incorporate landscaped green areas to provide a pleasant and relaxing environment for home owners, visitors and employees of commercial centres.
